The lockout went on for way too long. 113 days too long to be exact. Now that the boys are back in training camp, and ready to take the ice, we need to ensure they make it to the rink on Monday. Simply put, we need to get these guys in Ubers.
Introducing: The #UBERbounty
Here’s what we need you to do. Get one of our favourite players on the #UBERbounty List into an Uber and we’ll give you $300 in Uber CAD credits! Yes, you read that right. $300 in Uber CAD credit. Can you say HOLY MACKINAW!?!?
Getting them into an Uber means they sign up for an account, request an Uber, and publicly admit to doing so through either social media, or a picture that we can publish. Hog-tying these guys and forcing them into a town car is not the right move for this contest so don’t get any weird ideas.

Fine Print: Athlete must sign up for an Uber account, request/ride in the car, and either tweet or post on Facebook. If the referrer submits an image of the athlete, the athlete must agree that we can publicly state that they rode in an Uber vehicle. Contest will run through to January 31st, when we will apply the $300 of credits into the referrer’s account.
